Well, we slept in the strangest hotel last night. It seemed like it probably used to be like one of those men's hotels, or weekly hotel, or something. It was really clean and nice but everything in it was teeny tiny and had funny old fashioned fixtures. I don't know.
Tallahassee is the capital of Florida, so we drove around the capitol and surrounding area, enjoying all the old houses. Everything is so different here. Then we headed out for another big day of driving.
We continued to drive along the Gulf Coast, passing through the little towns of Alabama, eating fresh peaches and fresh peach ice cream along the side of the road. We didn't cool off wit a blizzard, though.
Welcome to Alabama. We're staying in Mobile tonight. We could see all the big ships going in and out of the Mobile Bay. Man, we are tired.
