Fred went to meetings this morning and I slept in until 9:00 a.m. It was delightful.
We went to have Fred's chemo removed today, 46 hours after they started it. He said it was not a big deal at all. Removing the tape was the worst part and he's still pretty shaved over there on his right pec. I think he should keep it shorn, don't you think? I asked him if he wanted to go get it waxed and he said he's all set.
His blood pressure was pretty high, but we took it again when we got home and it came back down. He also has had a bad case of the hiccups. They started this morning about 11 and have been off and on. For some reason we think the Tagamet is helping, that and very relaxed breathing. Other than being fatigued and going to sleep on the couch at about 7:00, he seems ok. He didn't sleep the first two nights due to the steroids, so he's pretty darn tired.
Katie went and got Georgina tonight and they, Stephanie and Luis made jack-o-lanterns for Halloween. They are very cute but the pictures are on Katie's camera, so I'll try to post them tomorrow. They had a lot of fun. Georgina colored her pumpkin in with magic marker so it will be easy to take home.

Yes. Fred should totally shave. It's all the rage. Greg has shaven his (big mistake) and it's like having sex with a porcupine, so be careful girlfriend.
Did you see Dooce talking about her husband shaving for his vasectomy? When Fred did that he shaved off his cop mustache also. Scared me.
