Me and My Friends

This is your lucky day. I have uploaded a half-dozen photos of me! Some good, some not so good. But I've given up modesty and good sense this year to make way for more fun and added photos. Okay, these pictures were all taken when the Lucys were here in May. Here I am with their kids at Balboa Beach, playing in the waves. They were treacherous and fun, like me. We pressed our luck at not losing any children to the riptides for as long as we dared, then the kids filled their buckets with sand and shells while the four of us laid on our beach towels and talked.This pictures was taken when we went to Disneyland. Leslie, me and Michele are behind the kids. I think Erika is taking the picture. Aren't our t-shirts cool? Erika probably took the picture. Caity is the big girl in front wearing Leslie's "What Would Lucy Do?" shirt. A guy asked me if we were in a band. I told him yes.

Here I am with Caity and Jackson. They are Erika's. They are coming to see me this week. See my blackberry on a lanyard on my wrist? It's going to be the next big thing. Cell phones on lanyards. You'll see. But I digress.

Oh, look! Here are all the Lucys. Jodie, Leslie, Michele and Erika. I love them so. They are my BFFs. This means they are my best friend's friends. You all know Leslie from Victor Elementary, she has Emma Rose. Michele has the four triplets and is friends with Leslie from their baby doctor. Erika knows Leslie from UAL. We are in K.C. Branigan's Pub eating prime rib and drinking Guinness and who knows what while Katie babysits all those kids. She's a peach.

Here I am again at Disneyland with my Lucy kids. Emma Rose is right in the middle, with Jackson on the bottom left and the triplets around her, Amanda, Sarah and Gregory.
