Greg, Michele and their kids came over to the hotel this morning and we all went swimming. Well, Greg sat on the side while I talked his ear off. Don't you guys get tired of that? GAWD. It was very fun and we saw lots of extremely tanned people. As in tanned hides. Then the kids and I ran upstairs to my room while I changed. They liked watching the planes land at the airport. Then some guys started climbing down the side of the hotel with scaffolding to fix something. I'm glad they had some entertainment while I got dressed.
We went back to Michele's house and had pizza with the kids. We drove right up to a Little Caesar's and Greg walked in and bought an already made pizza for five dollars. I can't get over that. I had no idea! I'm never buying pizza anywhere except there again. I ate a piece at their house and it was good. Cheap food rules.
We went back to the house, drank some coffee and went back to get the kids from school. I saved our fortune cookies for them and one was about a future in singing, one in sports, one fortune was about collections and....hmm. Dang that MS. I forget Austin's. It was fun.
Greg is marinating a GIGANTIC tub of meat for shishkabobs for the barbecue they're making for us tomorrow night. That will be excellent.
I caught up with Fred, Casey and Lonnie at New York, New York where we had drinks and food with their friend, Brian. Oh, wait, I didn't eat. I just had drinks. Did you know there are frozen tequila machines here? It's like we're in the future. I don't even like tequila that much. But, you know, I'm a trooper.
Well, I'm off to bed. Tomorrow is more swimming and playing. Tomorrow is also Stephanie's 22nd birthday. She's driving out here tomorrow after class.
