July 11 Yarmouth, Maine to Bar Harbor, Maine

I would drive back to Maine just to eat at this ice cream shop. It was, homemade, super delicious and a gazillion flavors. The also had steamed hot dogs with celery salt on them. It's not just for bloody marys, apparently. The only thing is this: They don't call 'em ice cream shops. They're all dairy bars. Little shacks along every road and they say "Dairy Bar / Steamed Hot Dogs". Now, this guy was about 13 or 14, but he was all personality. He was running the whole thing by himself. We had ice cream cones for lunch and steamed hot dogs for dessert. Very hot, you gotta eat the ice cream first, see... Anyway, he was a treat and so was the food. Then we ended up this afternoon in Portland, where we ordered wonderful lobsters to be sent to a few unnamed clients. The lobsterman was so cute. Stephanie liked him, but not the lobsters. It was a pretty cool place.
